CLARIFICATION

The Association of Detainees and Missing Persons of Sednaya Prison would like to clarify to the public that there is no official affiliation between it and Mr. Qais Al-Murad and Mr. Mohammed Munir Al-Faqir. The ADMSP firmly states that these individuals do not represent the ADMSP in any capacity, and it cautions against any attempts to exploit its name, speak on its behalf, or falsely represent it, whether by these individuals or any other unauthorized parties.
While ADMSP remains committed to advocating for the rights of detainees and missing persons in Sednaya prison and other detention centers throughout Syria, it reserves the right to pursue all necessary legal measures against anyone attempting to undermine or influence its reputation or impersonate its membership.
In this regard, ADMSP calls upon all media outlets, organizations, and relevant parties, including the official authorities in Syria, to exercise due diligence in gathering information regarding the ADMSP. It encourages reliance on official sources, including verified social media accounts and the association’s official website, for accurate data or statements pertaining to the ADMSP and its members.
